POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE INFORMATION

When we have fears of not being enough either at work (feeling like an imposter and trying to hold it together), and/or anxieties about performance and life in general, it’s easy to understand why this narrative creates disruption in our thoughts and hinders us from operating at the “good enough” bar. The expectations and consequences that we humans place on ourselves were high, long before adding the complexities of managing through a global pandemic. I believe we all need some tools on how to become our best selves through this all. I know that this Positive Intelligence program is one of the most helpful tools available to us during this time.


The PQ program helps identify the saboteurs that create these feelings and get in the way of leading a life with more ease and flow, passion and connection, and an overall sense of wellbeing.

You are not alone! I work with my clients to identify and put aside fears and anxieties by strengthening the 3 core mental muscles needed to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and focus.  We all spend so much money on external fitness and wellness. Seems like everyone will spend the time and money to look good on the outside rather than working with your inner connection to self. When we were growing up, most of us had not been taught about developing the mental muscles needed to face life’s struggles. These are the important skills we need to be modeling for future generations, it’s time to learn new skills and tools to strengthen your mind and change your brain. This could apply to individuals or teams.


It’s time to get mentally fit! You go to a gym to work out, why wouldn’t you work out the neuro pathways for your brain. It takes practice to become clear minded and fit. Positive Intelligence is the gym for your mind.

If you’re not mentally fit, you’d feel mental stress, such as anxiety, frustration, or unhappiness, as you handle work and relationship challenges.

 

Recent events such as the novel coronavirus, disruption in financial markets, social unrest, and political changes have over-stretched you and your clients.

So, what’s the approach and how do I get unstuck?

 

I’m offering a 6-week intensive program that helps you strengthen your mental muscles to respond to life’s challenges with a positive rather than a negative mindset.  Based on Shirzad Chamin’s best-selling program, the Positive Intelligence approach leads to mental agility with less anxiety, calmer parenting, better job performance and more positive relationships with yourself and others.  I can only claim this because of my own personal experience with the program which has literally changed my life. This program has taught me how to respond rather than react which has become a lifesaver for me and my family. I’ve been working on this one for years, however, this program has actually given me the tools to truly get unstuck in one of the biggest places in my life, my connection with my family and others. 

 

What is the commitment?

Initially, you would take a quick assessment to determine your Saboteurs.  Then we would engage in a program together which includes:

 

· 6 weekly videos which guide you through experiential exercises to deepen your understanding of the mental fitness tools, leaving you inspired for the week’s topic (1 hour released each weekend)

· 6 weekly group coaching calls with Lisa and a group of 2-4 other people for support and shared learning, the group dynamic is really powerful. (or 1:1 private coaching with Lisa is also available)

· 2 months access to the exclusive app which reinforce skill building through daily mental exercises, coaching challenges and reflections (only 2 minutes, 3x per day = 15 mins/day)

· Chapters 1-8 of the New York Times best selling book, Positive Intelligence.

My clients also have access to my expertise and experience of building leaders, teams, positive intelligence training, communication skills, conflict management, energy work, running my own consulting practice and being a mother.

My ideal client will be committed to making changes by engaging in an intensive 6-week program (about 2.5 hours per week) that will develop the mental muscles needed to approach life’s challenges with more ease, less anxiety and higher productivity.   

I offer the program for groups who want to go through the program together (at work, friends, athletic teams, business teams or families).

If you are a Zen master and have all the answers you need, with full access to all of your emotions, then this program is not a fit for you!  Learners only.

 
If at the end of the program, my clients have completed all exercises and required commitments, but are not satisfied with their results, then I will refund their entire investment.
